WELCOME!

If we had just a few minutes to exchange in conversation, here is what I would likely share:

I am a spiritual life coach, a RESET breathwork facilitator, a mindset mentor, yoga teacher, a forever yoga student, a life lover, an avid writer and an overall, super curious human - valuing community, curiosity, creativity and connection.

I am the creator of Sprinkle Cheer, a yoga -inspired community designed to guide students of all ages and stages - to uncover, to rediscover, to ignite and turn ON their inner lights.

I wholeheartedly believe every voice, every heart, every story, every mess matters. We belong.

Sprinkle Cheer offerings include practices to take both on and off the yoga mat, practices for soul, for bigger heart space, for crystal clear mind shifts.

I am an “Ohio gal” living in Chicago with my small but very special family - my Kiwi (New Zealand) partner Richard and my adorable pup, Wrigley June.

I love guiding, I love creating, I love connecting.

I also love oracle cards, crystals + woo woo things, every dog in the whole wide world, paperback books, highlighters, hand-written cards, vanilla ice cream, and all sorts of other things.

That is what I would say if we just had a few minutes - or something to that extent.

Then I would say , enough about me…tell me about YOU.

Go ahead…drop me a note here if you are new to this community.

But if we had more time, I would share more of my story with you…

I used to be a runner. Like not a twice a week runner, but a hit the pavement 6 days a week runner. I even ran two marathons. But when I left the doctor one day on crutches, I was forced to scale back. A stress fracture in my femur! After physical therapy, I was told I could swim or do yoga. I was a swimmer when I was younger and had tried yoga but honestly found it to be a bit boring. I liked the thrill of a sweat, the thumping beat of my heart. I loved the YANG. But when all you know is YANG, I decided to give YIN a whirl. For fun, I did a personal 30 day challenge of yoga time! Then bumped up the 30 days to 60 days, then went for the full 100. I was hooked. I soon enrolled in a yoga teacher training and yes, initially I was attracted to the physical practice (there is that YANG again), but quickly realized how much the meditative and spiritual elements of yoga were positively influencing my life. I loved how I could feel both strong and soft with this practice.

So much, that I have dedicated my life to sharing this practice, continued education and being a student myself with others.

It lights me up from the inside out.

And finally feel I am at a point where my yang and my yins are balanced out.
Some days better than others, but it’s a lifelong practice and I am in it to stay AWAKE.
